To avoid possible delays or cancelliations, please verify your ride at least one day before scheduled pickup. Please make sure we have your correct phone number on file (You can do this either by calling to our office or by using online scheduling system).
Your ride may be cancelled if the office will be unable to contact you. Please be advised that ride verifications will not be provided on Sundays.
If you need techinical assistance, please feel free to call us at any time at 612.280.8888. If you are a certified interpreter or other professional and planning to enter the trips for multiple, new members please call us in order to establish a designated account.
Please note: at present we are unable to offer a live website update. The database being updated every night at approx. 11:00pm. All new rides will be shown at the web site next business date. To obtain current information, please call our office during regular business hours.
